In 2002, QTP Inc. was established as an out-patient therapy facility. In 2004, QTP II was established as a Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility (CORF). On April 25, 2014, QTP II became the first CORF in the nation to become NORFA (National Outpatient Rehab Facility Accreditation) accredited.
QTP is owned and operated by therapists William and Enedelia Holmes. William earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 1992 from UTHSC-San Antonio, Texas. Enedelia graduated from Pan American University in 1986 with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Disorders and a Master’s degree from Our Lady of the Lake University in Communication Disorders in 1990.

Our goal is to provide QUALITY therapy for all patients who enter our doors for services. We strive to find qualified therapists who hold the highest ethical standards and provide quality therapy. Our team consists of a Medical Director, Social Worker, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and assistants. Case conferences with the treatment team are held on a monthly basis to discuss continuity of care and patient progress.

Enedelia Holmes
M.A. /CCC- SLP / OWNER/ Co-Admin
Eney graduated from from Our Lady of the Lake University in 1990 with her Master's degrees in Communication Disorders and has been a practicing Speech & Language Pathologist for 27 years. She utilizes research based best practice to assess, plan, treat, and obtain lasting high quality positive outcomes for all her patients. She also strives for the same positive results to carried over in all disciplines and therapists within QTP.
William Holmes
B.S. / CPT / OWNER/ CEO
William graduated from UTHSC- San Antonio, Texas with his Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 1992. He is a dedicated practitioner who is constantly expanding and improving his knowledge & skills in order to provide quality therapy for his patients. Improving the outcomes for all patients at QTP and maintaining compliance with all therapeutic standard and accreditation requirements are among his top priorities.

Silvia Nevares
LMSW / IPR
Silvia graduated with a Bachelors degree in Social Work from Pan Am University in 1987, she then earned her Masters degree in Social Work with a concentration in working with families and children, from Our Lady of the Lake University, San Antonio in 1988. She has held a Masters Level License as a Texas State Board Social Worker since 1988. Mrs. Nevares has practiced social work in the Rio Grande Valley for 28 years, and she continues to provide guidance and support to many Valley Families.

Clinical Operations Staff
At QTP the Clinical Operations Staff make it possible for our therapy clinicians to provide true quality therapy. They are the first point of contact for our patients with their smiling faces and caring attitudes they ensure that our patients are taken care of as quickly and effectively as possible. They also are charged with supporting our therapists making sure that they have the vital information they need to plan and prepare for their patients. As well as supporting administration with maintaining compliance with all aspects of patient care.
